The One Minutes (TOM) is a worldwide network for the production and distribution of video art of exactly 60 seconds. TOM offers artists in various parts of the world a platform to reach a large audience.

TOM has successfully organized video competitions, exhibitions (a.o World One Minutes and City One Minutes), screenings and workshops around the world. As a result a unique archive has been build of 12.000 videos from over 120 countries.

We regularly invite students, young artists an other regular TOM-contributors to send in new work.
