Ben Sombogaart will direct the feature film about Hannah Goslar, who had a special friendship with Anne Frank. The production, My Best Friend Anne Frank, will be released in theaters in the fall. According to distributor Dutch FilmWorks, it will be the first cinema film about Anne Frank from Dutch soil. The shooting started in March 2020 - 75 years after Anne's death - and took place in Hungary and the Netherlands. The search for the leading actors is in full swing.
