With 15,000 signatures in their pockets, employees of the Dutch public broadcasters went to The Hague on Tuesday. There they offered politicians the petition "Public Broadcasting, especially now!" On. With the petition they hope to stop the cuts to public broadcasting. More than a hundred program makers from the Public Broadcaster came to The Hague to campaign against the cuts at the Public Broadcaster and for more appreciation. 'Public Broadcasting is not a nice to have but a must have. And that has to be paid for.'
