Minister Slob's plans were leaked last week. This showed, among other things, that the STER will become commercial-free until 8 p.m. and that no advertising will even be broadcast online at all. Slob has yet to officially announce these plans, but Niels Stam (Head of Digital) already announced his departure from the STER this morning. He was employed by the STER for more than two years.
