The relatives of the stuntman who died on the set of The Walking Dead in July are suing the producer of the series. Their lawyer informed American media this weekend that he was filing a civil case against Stalwart Films. During shooting for the eighth season of the series The Walking Dead, 33-year-old stuntman John Bernecker fell. He fell more than 25 feet and landed on a concrete floor. He died in hospital in Atlanta.
