The boat used for the new KRO-NCRV Kameleon series has been found again. The vessel was stolen as a joke by a New Year's Eve club from Haskerhorne in Friesland, the group revealed on Facebook. Almost two weeks ago the boat disappeared from the warehouse of filmmaker Steven de Jong. He had borrowed it from the Kameleondorp in Terherne for shooting the series. Due to the theft, several remaining recording days had to be canceled.
