American actor Brent Briscoe has died. Briscoe worked several times with actor Billy Bob Thornton in, among others, Sling Blade and was also seen in productions by director David Lynch, including Twin Peaks in which he played the role of detective Dave Macklay. Briscoe appeared in more than ninety productions during his career. He was also part of the cast of The Green Mile and Spider-Man 2 and appeared in episodes of Parks and Recreation, Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy.
