In the third round of the Netherlands Film Production Incentive 2017, contributions were made to 19 film productions for a total amount of more than € 2.3 million. This generates more than €10.2 million in production expenditure in the Netherlands. The contributions have been made to 9 feature films, 1 animated film and 9 documentaries, of which 11 are international co-productions. The highest contribution of €514,504 was granted to Kapsalon Romy from producer BosBros, directed by Mischa Kamp and based on the book by Tamara Bos. An application has also been honored from Domino, the latest film by Brian de Palma, which is being made in co-production with the Dutch N279.
