Jay Z is considering buying Harvey Weinstein's stake in The Weinstein Company. According to TMZ, the music entrepreneur is talking with a number of other investors about a joint takeover of the 23 percent of the company that belonged to the discredited film producer. Jay Z has a collaboration with The Weinstein Company, for which he produced the documentary The Khalief Browder Story. The rapper would also work for the company on a miniseries about Trayvon Martin, the teenager whose death sparked the Black Lives Matter organization.
