The producers of hit series The Walking Dead have filed suit against studio and channel AMC. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the compensation they demand could amount to a billion dollars (850 million euros), which would make it the largest lawsuit over television rights ever. The foursome, including The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, suspect the media company of keeping the profits made on the series low on paper. AMC could do that because the studio and the channel are both subsidiaries.
