Good news for fans of arthouse and festival films, because Film Europe Channel starts broadcasting in the Netherlands and Belgium. The film channel will soon start broadcasting and a streaming service via satellite channels Canal Digitaal and TV Vlaanderen. Film Europe Channel was founded in Eastern Europe in 2009 and programs European festival films and arthouse films, including the Oscar winner The Great Beauty by Paolo Sorrentino and the French film Dheepan by Jacques Audiard, which won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 2015.
